01 Parlez vous le french? Pourquoi tout est en English?
Bien sur! On parle Français et anglais, on privilégie l’anglais afin de toucher un grand nombre de visiteurs locaux mais aussi venant de zone non francophone. Lors du weekend, vous pourrez évidemment trouver votre bonheur tout en parlant la langue fétiche du canton, le suisse-romand!
02 Where is the event being held ?
Find us all weekend long from 10 to 9 pm in the heart of plainpalais, in the up and coming design district.
Nous serons a la rue prevost martin 47, dans un ancien garage reconverti (en face du Denner), en plein cœur de plainpalais, a 50 m de la route de carouge, accessible avec le tram 12, arrêt augustins
03 I want to be part of the festival! Is it too late?
Please send me a brief email at firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line : Festival Volunteer) with your name, languages spoken, number and what you would be most interested in learning about as a volunteer (food, craft, decoration, sales, marketing, social impact, zero waste, logistics, hosting / welcome team, pop up language meet up etc.)
If you are interested in being a vendor, please bear in mind that spaces are limited and that our deadlines being quite short, we may not be able to fit you in to this winter edition. Regardless, please send us an email with information about your concept and a participation proposal.
04 Do i have to reserve my space for the Fermentation workshops?
Yes. The Saturday KOMBUCHA workshop is very limited in participants. The 3 pm saturday fermentation 101 workshop is also on a reservation basis but will have a bit more space. The Sunday Workshop will be open for reservations the day before to allow for visitors to sign up as they discover our event.
05 Do i have to sign up for the Talks?
No, they will be happening all week and the seats will be available on a first come first serve basis.
06 Do i have to reserve for the scandinavian breakfast spread?
Ideally, yes. Spaces are limited and since we are all about reducing food waste, please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to participate bring friends or family. That way you are sure to get well fed and our food concept hosts will be able to reply to demands.
